USA TODAY Stocks added to their gains in afternoon trading after the Federal Reserve opted to leave interest rates unchanged. At 2:10 p.m. ET the Dow Jones industrial average was up about 65 points, or 0.4%, after being up 28 points before the Fed statement. |
